1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms
Welcome to The DOK Library, a digital content platform operated by Web Fusion Publications LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using The DOK Library website, services, digital downloads, articles, or membership features (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Web Fusion Publications LLC.
These Terms are effective as of September 2026. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Your continued access to or use of The DOK Library following the posting of any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account, purchasing a membership, or downloading any content. If you have questions regarding these Terms, please contact us using the information provided in Section 13.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement. The DOK Library is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform with the verifiable consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
2.2 Accurate Registration Information. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. Web Fusion Publications LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe contains inaccurate, outdated, or fraudulent information.
2.3 Account Credentials and Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Web Fusion Publications LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
2.4 Account Termination for Violations. Web Fusion Publications LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly provided in Section 6 of these Terms.
3. Membership Access
3.1 Membership Tiers. The DOK Library offers one or more membership access levels that provide varying degrees of access to Platform content, features, and benefits. The specific features, content, and pricing associated with each access level are described on the Platform at the time of subscription and are subject to change in accordance with Section 3.4 below.
3.2 License Granted. Upon subscribing to a membership, Web Fusion Publications LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content and features available under your selected membership tier, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, reproduce, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Membership access is granted for personal, non-commercial use exclusively. You may not use your membership, or any content accessed through it, for commercial purposes, resale, redistribution, or any revenue-generating activity without the prior express written consent of Web Fusion Publications LLC.
3.4 Modification or Discontinuation of Features. Web Fusion Publications LLC reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership feature, content offering, or access level. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes to active members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified features.
3.5 Active Subscription Requirement. Access to membership content and features is contingent upon maintaining an active, paid subscription in good standing. If your subscription lapses, expires, or is cancelled, for any reason, including non-payment, your access to membership-restricted content and features will be suspended or terminated. Web Fusion Publications LLC is not responsible for any loss of access to content resulting from subscription lapse or cancellation.
4. Digital Downloads
4.1 License, Not a Sale. All digital downloads made available through The DOK Library are licensed to you, not sold. When you purchase or otherwise obtain access to a digital download, Web Fusion Publications LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Web Fusion Publications LLC and its licensors.
4.2 Restrictions on Downloaded Content. You expressly agree that you will not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, publicly display, transmit, share, or otherwise make downloaded content available to any third party in any form or by any means, whether electronic, mechanical, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Web Fusion Publications LLC. Any unauthorized use of downloaded content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement of applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
4.3 File Format and Compatibility. Digital downloads are provided in the file formats specified on the individual product or download page at the time of purchase. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you possess the necessary hardware, software, and technical capability to access and use downloaded files in the provided format(s). Web Fusion Publications LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding compatibility with any specific device, operating system, or software application.
4.4 Delivery and Access. Once a digital download has been initiated or completed, including where a download link has been generated, accessed, or sent to you, the content shall be deemed fully delivered. By initiating a download, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital product has occurred. Please refer to Section 6 for our Refund Policy as it applies to digital downloads.
5. Payment Processing via PayPal
5.1 Payment Processor. All payments made on The DOK Library are processed securely through PayPal, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase or subscribing to a membership, you authorize Web Fusion Publications LLC to initiate charges to your PayPal account in accordance with your selected plan or purchase.
5.2 No Storage of Payment Information. Web Fusion Publications LLC does not directly collect, store, or process your payment card or banking information. All financial data is transmitted directly to and handled by PayPal in accordance with their applicable security standards and policies. We encourage you to review PayPal's privacy and security practices independently.
5.3 Recurring Billing. Membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, according to the plan you select at the time of enrollment. Billing cycles will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date in accordance with the cancellation procedures described on the Platform. You authorize Web Fusion Publications LLC to charge your PayPal account for each renewal period without further action from you.
5.4 User Responsibility for PayPal Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining your PayPal account in good standing, ensuring sufficient funds or payment methods are available, and keeping your PayPal account information current. Web Fusion Publications LLC shall not be responsible for any failed transactions, service interruptions, or loss of access resulting from issues with your PayPal account.
5.5 Price Changes. Membership fees and pricing for digital downloads are subject to change at the discretion of Web Fusion Publications LLC. In the event of a price change affecting active membership subscriptions, we will provide advance notice via email or a notice posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
5.6 PayPal Terms of Service. By completing any purchase on The DOK Library, you agree to be bound by PayPal's own Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, which govern your use of the PayPal payment system. Web Fusion Publications LLC is not a party to the agreement between you and PayPal and is not responsible for PayPal's conduct or policies.
6. Refund Policy for Digital Goods
6.1 All Sales Generally Final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the content offered through The DOK Library, all sales are generally final. We strongly encourage you to review product and membership details carefully before completing any purchase.
6.2 Digital Downloads. No refunds will be issued for digital downloads once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, as determined in accordance with Section 4.4 of these Terms. This policy applies regardless of whether the content was opened, read, or used by the purchaser following delivery.
6.3 Membership Refunds. Refunds for membership subscriptions are not provided as a general matter. However, Web Fusion Publications LLC may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis if all of the following conditions are met:
(a) A written refund request is submitted within three (3) calendar days of the applicable billing date;
(b) The member's account access has not been substantially used during the billing period in question, as determined by Web Fusion Publications LLC in its reasonable judgment; and
(c) The request is made through the Platform's designated contact method described in Section 13.
6.4 Technical Failure Exception. Notwithstanding the above, exceptions to this refund policy may be made, at the sole discretion of Web Fusion Publications LLC, in cases of documented technical failure attributable to the Platform that prevented access to purchased content. Any such exceptions shall be evaluated individually and shall not be construed as a waiver of this policy for any other circumstance.
6.5 How to Request a Refund. To submit a refund request, please contact Web Fusion Publications LLC through the designated contact method described in Section 13 of these Terms, providing your account information, the nature of your request, and any relevant supporting documentation. All refund determinations are final.
7. User Conduct
7.1 Acceptable Use. By accessing The DOK Library, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by any third party.
7.2 Prohibited Activities. You expressly agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities:
(a) Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your account credentials to any third party, or permitting any other person to access the Platform using your account;
(b) Attempting to circumvent, bypass, or disable any access controls, digital rights management, authentication mechanisms, or security features of the Platform;
(c) Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malicious code, viruses, malware, spyware, or any other harmful software or content through the Platform;
(d) Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any other method of automated data collection to access, extract, or copy any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Web Fusion Publications LLC;
(e) Harassing, threatening, abusing, or otherwise engaging in conduct harmful to other users of the Platform or to Web Fusion Publications LLC staff;
(f) Using any Platform content, including digital downloads, articles, or membership materials, for commercial purposes, resale, or any revenue-generating activity without the prior express written permission of Web Fusion Publications LLC; or
(g) Using the Platform in any manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
7.3 Enforcement. Web Fusion Publications LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violations of these conduct standards and to suspend or permanently terminate any user account found to be in violation. The Company may also report unlawful conduct to appropriate law enforcement authorities where warranted.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership of Platform Content. All content made available through The DOK Library, including but not limited to articles, digital downloads, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is owned by or licensed to Web Fusion Publications LLC. These materials are protected under applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
8.2 Copyright Notice. COPYRIGHT © 2026 THE DOK LIBRARY, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. No portion of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Web Fusion Publications LLC, except as expressly permitted under these Terms or applicable law.
8.3 User-Submitted Content. To the extent that The DOK Library permits users to submit, upload, or post content on the Platform, you hereby grant Web Fusion Publications LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license, and that your submitted content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
8.4 Copyright Infringement / DMCA. Web Fusion Publications LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content on The DOK Library infringes upon your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to us through the contact method described in Section 13. Your notice should include sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We will review all valid notices and respond in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties. THE DOK LIBRARY AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND FEATURES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WEB FUSION PUBLICATIONS LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Access. Web Fusion Publications LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such unavailability.
9.3 Content Accuracy. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, Web Fusion Publications LLC makes no representation or guarantee that any content available on the Platform is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, or that it will meet your specific needs, requirements, or expectations.
9.4 Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEB FUSION PUBLICATIONS LLC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WEB FUSION PUBLICATIONS LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9.5 Exclusion of Certain Damages. IN NO EVENT SHALL WEB FUSION PUBLICATIONS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Note
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations and exclusions in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Privacy and Data Collection
10.1 Information We Collect. In order to operate the Platform and provide our services, Web Fusion Publications LLC collects certain personal information from users, including name, email address, and account credentials. Payment information provided during purchases is transmitted directly to and handled exclusively by PayPal; Web Fusion Publications LLC does not store payment card or banking details on its systems.
10.2 No Sale of Personal Data. Web Fusion Publications LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. We may share information with trusted service providers solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfill our obligations to you, and only subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
10.3 Full Privacy Policy. This section provides only a brief overview of our data practices. Our complete Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information in detail, is available separately on The DOK Library website. You are strongly encouraged to read and review the full Privacy Policy before using the Platform.
10.4 Cookie Usage. The DOK Library uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze usage patterns, and maintain session information. By using the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may adjust your browser settings to decline certain cookies; however, doing so may affect the functionality of the Platform.
11. Modifications to These Terms
11.1 Right to Modify. Web Fusion Publications LLC reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms will always be posted on The DOK Library website and will be identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.
11.2 Notice of Material Changes. In the event of material changes to these Terms, meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, Web Fusion Publications LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via email to the address associated with your account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.
11.3 Acceptance of Changes. Your continued access to or use of The DOK Library following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and, if applicable, cancel your membership prior to the effective date of the changes.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
12.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform by contacting Web Fusion Publications LLC directly through the contact method described in Section 13. Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial notification.
12.3 Binding Arbitration. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within the period described above, both parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to and resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12.4 Exceptions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to the extent necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration, including in connection with any unauthorized use of intellectual property.

13.3 PayPal Transaction Inquiries. Support inquiries relating to payment transactions, billing issues, or PayPal account matters should also be submitted through the Platform's designated contact page. For issues that are specific to your PayPal account, such as disputed charges or PayPal account access, you should additionally contact PayPal directly through their official support channels.
13.4 Response Times. Web Fusion Publications LLC will make reasonable efforts to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. Response times may vary depending on the volume of inquiries and the nature of your request.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By accessing or using The DOK Library, including by creating an account, purchasing a membership, or downloading any content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
